Love is a mystery.
A connection
Between you and me
Unbreakable.

Love is a promise.
Til death do us part.
Sealed with a kiss
And a vow.

Love is a touch.
Your hand in mine.
Cuddles on the couch
Bodies entwined

Love is a whisper.
An exchange of secrets.
Dreams of the future
Together forever.

Love is a shout.
Passion and anger.
Figuring things out
Making up stronger.

Love is tears.
One has to go first
We all have fears
Of being left alone.

Left without
Left behind
No one to love
No one to call "home"
