Pain doesn’t ease
Let up
Stop

It rams at my heart
Without mercy
Crushing

I can’t breathe
Gasping
Suffocating

My mind is a tornado
Unsettled
Blowing

So many questions
No answers
WHY?

The days feel endless
Meaningless
Exhausting

The nights are lonely
Cold
Dark
